Pete is the Park Falls office manager and has over 34 yrs. experience at Birchland in sales/appraising with over $57 million in career sales and listings sold. Pete is a graduate of UW-Superior with a Bachelor of Science Business Management Degree and is a Wisconsin Certified Residential Appraiser and a Wisconsin Certified Weatherization Inspector. Pete has received the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation from the Realtors National Marketing Institute and the Recreation and Resort Specialist (RRS) designation from the Worldwide Recreation and Resorts Sales Council. He has recently been awarded the Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certification by the National Association of Realtors. Pete and his wife Nancy, both life-long residents of Park Falls, have three children. Pete is a retired Captain of the Park Falls Fire/Rescue Dept. after 35 years of service.

Jim, along with his wife, Carol, own Birchland Realty Inc. Jim is an honor graduate of UW-Eau Claire and has been full time in the real estate business since 1973. He has received the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), the Certified Residential Broker (CRB) designations from the Realtors National Marketing Institute and the Recreation and Resort Specialist (RRS) designation from the Worldwide Recreation and Resorts Sales Council. He is also a Wisconsin Certified Residential Appraiser. He served on the Board of Directors of the Northwoods Association of Realtors from 2003 to 2005 and was President-Elect of the Greater Northwoods Multiple Listing Service. Ken Hoffman Postition: Broker Associate - Phillips Office
Born and raised in Brantwood, Ken has a background in agriculture and logging. He received his education through Nicolet College in Rhinelander and joined Birchland in 1987. Ken is a Wisconsin Certified Residential Appraiser, Certified Weatherization Inspector and carries a Broker's license. Adam has been a Price County resident and home owner since 2002, he has been a member with the Birchland Team since 2005. He is a graduate of the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation. After serving three years as the Aquatic Director fo the Phillips Community Pool, Adam decided a career in real estate would be a positive challenge that would allow him to continue his relationships with the wonderful people in the area. He has earned his GRI designation from the Wisconsin Realtor's® Association, and most recently, became a licensed Broker. Adam enjoys volunteer work and plans to continue his involvement with the Phillips Area Aquatic Foundation, Inc. In his spare time, Adam and his wife Kristi spend time in the outdoors and with family. He welcomes the opportunity to assist sellers and buyers with their real estate needs and dreams.

Mary has been employed as a bookkeeper for over 18 years and has joined the Birchland Team in 2010. Mary and her husband Bill have three children and seven grandchildren. In her leisure she likes to read and fish with the grandchildren in her private fishing hole, Slim Lake. Mary and Bill are enthusiastic Wisconsin sports fans, including the Badgers, Packers and Brewers (especially when they’re winning!).
