Pete is the Park Falls office manager and has over 30 yrs. experience at Birchland in sales/appraising with over $50 million in career sales and listings sold. Pete is a graduate of UW-Superior with a Bachelor of Science Business Management Degree and is a Wisconsin Certified Residential Appraiser and a Wisconsin Certified Weatherization Inspector. Pete has received the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation from the Realtors National Marketing Institute and the Recreation and Resort Specialist (RRS) designation from the Worldwide Recreation and Resorts Sales Council. Pete and his wife Nancy, both life-long residents of Park Falls, have three children. Pete has been a member of the Park Falls Fire/Rescue Dept. for over 33 years.

Jim, along with his wife, Carol, own Birchland Realty Inc. Jim is an honor graduate of UW-Eau Claire and has been full time in the real estate business since 1973. He has earned three designations through the Realtors National Marketing Institute and is also a Wisconsin Certified Residential Appraiser. He served on the Board of Directors of the Northwoods Association of Realtors from 2003 to 2005 and is currently President-Elect of the Greater Northwoods Multiple Listing Service. Born and raised in Brantwood, Ken has a background in agriculture and logging. He received his education through Nicolet College in Rhinelander and joined Birchland in 1987. Adam has been a Price County resident and home owner since 2002. He is a graduate of the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation.
