Additional Comments: *Could be substantially reduced with the MFL Program. When logging was done the hardwoods were selectively thinned, leaving the best trees and a beautiful looking forest. In aspen area, there was clear cutting done to encourage full regeneration, which is preferred for many species of game animals. There is still plenty of big timber - a real nice mix of forest diversity that encourages wildlife. All big pine, cedar, cherry and oak and the best hardwoods remain, along with some nice stands of mature aspen. Owner created one new food plot and there is room for more. Directions: From Phillips office to N on Hwy. 13 to west on Hwy. W to left on Danish Settlement Road, continue straight on Carpenter Creek Rd. to easement road on left. MLS# 128181
